Cozy and spotlessly clean hotel with great location and rooms. Lots of food in the venue, outdoor restaurant.

The staff is well-trained, the breakfast satisfactory, the ocation is best possible adjacent to many bus lines and tram lines and transport and the tram.

The hotel itself was brand-new and clean and the staff were cheerful, it had ideal location next to the beautiful river. The room was very spacious, very comfy bed.

The venue was a little old, even so I loved its ideal location and staff.

Great place for exploring Basel. Wonderful view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. A bathtub was great-sized and everything was lovely. Found in a coastal area: )

The staff were especially helpful, the room was budget, I loved fab location. Pretty good food & drinks. Unique interior, large restaurant. Fairly clean and quaint hotel in Old Town Kleinbasel district.

Incredible view, lively bar - everything was perfectly fine. Ever so helpful staff, was always available, and any requests were accommodated. The best location - close to rathaus town hall. Easy check in & the service was VERY GOOD. There were excellent internet and good parking available.

Amazing location, beautifully clean venue, FAIRLY HELPFUL staff. It's found in a busy area, an easy walk to many landmarks of Basel.

The location was very central.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed that we had heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing table in the king room. Also, it had parking on-site. Location was wonderful, adjacent to where we needed to be.

Perfect place for discovering Basel.
